Northwest Tennessee Cyclist

Can anyone ride in the morning at 8am.?  I’m unsure of the weather, but it doesn’t look so good right now.   If the weather breaks I’ll be there.  If I think I can get out and back before the rain sets in, I’ll risk it.  It’s that time of year fellows, if you want to ride sometimes you’ve  got to take the risk.
